You may have tried Skookie Sundaes at your favorite restaurant – now you can make it at home! Once you’ve made the cookie base, you can use your imagination to create an indulgent dessert with a variety of toppings.
Ingredients
- 1/4 c. cookie dough
- ice cream
- whipped cream
- caramel topping
- chocolate topping
- chopped nuts (optional)
- chocolate bar shavings (optional)
Instructions
- Preaheat oven 375 degrees. Press the cookie dough down in a small cast iron skillet (if you don't have one of these, you can also use a small souffle dish or a mini deep-dish pizza pan). Bake in the preheated oven for about 8-10 minutes or until dough is golden-brown. Top with 3-4 scoops of ice cream, whipped cream, chocolate and caramel topping, nuts, and chocolate shavings. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
