This Spinach Dip is a favorite appetizer at any party or gathering. It is simple to make and especially fabulous served with cubes of bread or crackers, or for a healthier approach, try serving it with fresh cut-up vegetables.
- 10 oz. frozen leaf spinach
- Knorr vegetable soup mix
- 16 oz sour cream
- 1 cup mayo
- 1 small can chopped water chestnuts
- Thaw and drain the spinach and dry with paper towels. Mix everything together and chill for 2 hours before serving. Serve with crackers, chips, or bread.
