Ingredients
- 1 ripened mango (cubed)
- 2 avocados (cubed)
- juice of one lime
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Fresh Mango Avocado Salsa
Instructions
- Fry some corn tortillas in oil until a little crispy. Then layer with Kalua Pork (click for recipe), fresh mango salsa (see below), and sour cream.
