Hot Spinach Artichoke Dip

This is an appetizer favorite at our house. So good and perfect for football season! By far my favorite spinach artichoke dip recipe.

2 cups artichoke hearts
1 cup frozen spinach, rinsed in warm water
2 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. parmesan cheese flakes
2 tsp. red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. pepper

Drain the artichoke hearts and boil in a pan filled with water for 10 minutes to soften. Drain and mix with remaining ingredients. Pour into a 9×9 inch pan and warm in the oven until heated through. Serve hot with crackers, chips, or bread.

    This dish always gets the best compliments and I've never had to bring home leftovers. Would make a GREAT football snack. Some think its a girlie appetizer but the guys secretly love it just as much as the girls. ;)
