Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup apple juice or orange juice
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup pineapple
  • 2 handfuls leafy greens I did a combo of spinach, kale, and chard

Instructions

  • Add liquids to the blender first.
    Apple juice and almond milk inside a blender for a green smoothie.
  • Add all the remaining ingredients.
    Strawberries, spinach, cucumber, pineapple, and bananas on top of almond milk and apple juice in a blender.
  • Blend until smooth.

    Although I like almonds not a big fan of Almond milk. Can I use regular skim milk by any chance?

  2. i made this without the kale and pineapple and strawberries it looked rly healthy and it for sure tasted healthy probably should put all the ingredients in next time

    1. Yes, the pineapple and strawberries do give the smoothie so much flavor and sweetness. The kale adds a lot of nutrition to the smoothie and the bitter flavor is covered up by the fruit.
