This Healthy Pizza recipe is perfect for family pizza night! My family eats pizza at least a couple of times a month, and when I’m trying to eat healthier, I usually can only indulge in one slice. But with this recipe, I can eat the entire pizza without feeling guilty! The low calorie flatbread pizza crust is VERY healthy, VERY low-calorie, and VERY delicious! Hearty enough to satisfy your pizza cravings, but light enough to feel good about. Add a side salad to your pizza, and you have a meal that is completely full and satisfied without an ounce of guilt.

Ingredients in this Healthy Pizza

This really is the best healthy pizza recipe out there! Full of flavor and whole grains and lots of yummy toppings. Here’s what you need for your healthy homemade pizzas:

  • Part-skim mozzarella cheese – you can have a quarter cup of shredded cheese for about 170 calories. You can opt for dairy-free cheese to keep this a vegan pizza.
  • Turkey pepperoni nine slices is only 35 calories.

  • Sliced mushrooms – 5 calories

  1. Hi how many calores in a slice of the flat pizza i counting calores so i was wounder how many calores on a slice of the flat pizza

    1. The whole pizza is 354 calories so just divide that by the number of slices you cut it into!

  2. I love & always use this flatbread-GREAT product. As for this pizza recipe, it’s nice, but (IMO) not exactly as ‘healthy’ as it could be, due to the sodium content. I like to use low sodium pizza sauce, or homemade sauce to keep down the sodium. Also, can’t anyone live w/o nasty pepperoni, which is LOADED w/fat & salt? We’re Italian, but we can’t stand that stuff! My family actually prefers a delicious & healthy veggie pizza, but I know that’s not for everyone. A healthy(er) choice would be to sautee & season some ground turkey or chicken to put on the pizza, or crumble up a slice or 2 of your leftover meatloaf on top. Also thinly sliced bell peppers (red, green, or yellow) & some small broccoli florets are tasty additions. My family aren’t “health nuts”, but we do like to eat somewhat healthy meals, & teach our kids to do the same. I’m definitely not criticizing, but only passing on suggestions which might be helpful to some readers, especially IF they have dietery restrictions.
