I don’t want to be caught like a deer in headlights when Summer rolls around and I haven’t done anything to get in any kind of shape. Let’s keep our New Year’s resolutions this year! More times than not I end up doing nothing and find myself crash dieting a week before our first lake trip (am I the only one who does this?).
