Our Favorite Foods at California Adventure

California Adventure has its own unique and delicious menus with flavors from popular California restaurants. We used to live in the San Francisco Bay area and were crazy about Boudin sourdough and Ghirardelli chocolate. It’s fun to go to Disneyland and California Adventure and eat these things again. In case you missed, it, check out our list of Our Favorite Foods at Disneyland too! And if one of your favorites didn’t make the list, be sure to tell us about it in the comments. Here are our top 12 most favorite foods at California Adventure:

1. Ghirardelli Hot Fudge Sundae

Ghirardelli has a shop right inside California Adventure! Treat yourself to one of the best hot fudge sundaes in the world (we recommend the dark chocolate) or a banana split. Perfect as a mid-day snack or as a delicious treat to end your day at the park.

4. Churro Bites with Cinnamon-Spiced Chocolate Dipping Sauce

Disneyland is famous for its delicious churros, but these little bites are my new favorite! You can find them at the Cozy Cones in Cars Land. They win hands down because of the tasty cinnamon chocolate dipping sauce, and the bite size pieces make them much easier to share.

5. Ramone’s “Pear of Dice” Soda

The Cozy Cones are the perfect place to stop for a mid-day snack before getting back to the rides. While you’re stopping for mini churros, try this yummy pear flavored drink! It’s not too sweet and is a perfect refreshment to sip alongside your favorite foods at California Adventure.

8. Asian Rice Bowl with Beef at the Lucky Fortune Cookery

One thing I love about foods at California Adventure is how versatile they are! These rice bowls are custom made the way that you like them. Served with steamed rice, seared Asian veggies, you can then select your choice of sauce: Mandarin Orange, Spicy Korean, Thai Coconut Curry, or Teriyaki.

9. Custom Kebab Platters at the Paradise Garden Grill

This is probably my favorite meal in the park! You can find the Paradise Garden Grill next to the Boardwalk Pizza and Pasta place. Choose your favorite protein and one of their tantalizing sauces, then eat it alongside rice pilaf, cucumber salad and grilled pita bread.

10. Chicken Sun-dried Tomato Pesto at Boardwalk Pizza and Pasta

Campanelle Pasta tossed with Sun-dried Tomato Pesto Cream Sauce is another favorite. We also love the Five Cheese Ravioli in Basil Pesto Sauce.
