We adapted this recipe for Chili’s Southwestern Eggrolls from the Top Secret Restaurant Recipes book– we just made a few adjustments to make them even better. I honestly think that these are BETTER than Chili’s! I love that you can make dozens of these for the same price as ordering just one or two servings of these off of the Chili’s menu. People are always raving over these! This is one of my favorite appetizer recipes ever! Everyone who has tried them loves them, especially my father-in-law. YUMMMMMMMM!!!! They are the very best with guacamole ranch or as we call it… “guaca-ranch” (see recipe below).
