This Frozen Butterbeer Recipe is inspired by the ever-popular Harry Potter series. Harry and his friends would often walk to Hogsmeade to get these yummy drinks and now you can make your own!
ICE CUBES KOSHER SALT CREAM SODA BUTTERSCOTCH ICE CREAM TOPPING HEAVY CREAM
INGREDIENTS
Place cream soda and butterscotch in a smaller sandwich-sized Ziploc bag, press out all the air and seal tightly. Mix around until the butterscotch is mixed in with the cream soda.
Place bag of soda IN the bag of ice and seal. Shake for about 3-5 minutes or until the soda is nice and slushy. If it gets too cold, wrap a dish cloth around it and continue shaking.
WATCH THE MAGIC HAPPEN!
Pour slush into a cup and top with butterscotch cream topping. To make topping: Beat the cream and butterscotch with a mixer on high speed until stiff peaks form.
