Instructions
Blend strawberries, sugar, and juice in a blender on high for 60 seconds.
Fill 2 (16-ounce) cups halfway with ice. Top with freeze-dried strawberries.
Pour half of the strawberry mixture in each cup. Add ½ cup coconut milk to each cup and stir well.
Top with freeze-dried strawberries.
Notes
Use fresh coconut milk, not canned. You can find it in the refrigerator section near the milk.
