Ingredients

  • 6 large fresh strawberries, hulled
  • 3 tablespoon sugar
  • ¾ cup Ocean Spray White Cran-Strawberry Juice
  • 1 cup fresh coconut milk, divided
  • ¼ cup freeze-dried strawberries, for topping
  • ice, for serving

Instructions

  • Blend strawberries, sugar, and juice in a blender on high for 60 seconds.

  • Fill 2 (16-ounce) cups halfway with ice. Top with freeze-dried strawberries.

  • Pour half of the strawberry mixture in each cup. Add ½ cup coconut milk to each cup and stir well.

Notes

Use fresh coconut milk, not canned. You can find it in the refrigerator section near the milk.
