Hot Turkey Sandwiches

We LOVE this Hot Turkey Bacon Avocado Sandwich. It is a true family favorite copycat recipe of the Gobbler at Pizza Factory.

Ingredients

Homemade Ranch Dressing

  • 1 packet Hidden Valley original ranch dry mix
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup Best Foods Mayonnaise

Instructions

  • At least one hour ahead, make up the ranch dressing and refrigerate til ready to use.

  • Cut the sub rolls in half, lengthwise. Place them on a baking sheet. Spread cream cheese on both halves.

  • Add turkey, bacon, and cheese. Broil until cheese is melty. Watch closely so it doesn't burn.

  • Add tomato slices and sliced avocado.

  • Add lettuce and drizzle ranch over the lettuce.

  • Put the halves together and serve!

Notes

  • Each serving is 1/2 of a sandwich. 
  • Sprinkle a little salt and pepper over the tomato slices for extra flavor. 
  • You won't use all the ranch you make for the sandwiches, but it makes a delicious salad dressing or dip for veggies or fries!
