Baked Potato Wedges

These Baked Potato Wedges are golden crisp on the outside, tender, and flaky on the inside. A healthier alternative to French fries and so easy to make at home!

  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Scrub potatoes well, slice into wedges

  • Place in a large plastic bag. Add olive oil and toss to coat.

  • Transfer to a foil-lined baking sheet sprayed with non-stick cooking spray with the skin side down.

  • Sprinkle potatoes generously with seasoning salt and parmesan cheese.

  • Bake for 30-35 minutes (or until cooked through and golden brown). Do not stir while cooking.
