Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix graham crackers, sweetened condensed milk, and semi-sweet chocolate chips together by hand until crumbs are moistened.
Spoon into rounded tablespoon sized balls and roll each ball in coconut.
Flatten each ball a little bit on the baking sheet. Bake for 11 minutes.
