Evelyn’s Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1 can 16 oz. black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 1/2 c. fresh tomatoes diced
  • 1/2 bunch cilantro
  • 3 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. oil optional
  • 3 Tbsp. lime juice
  • 1 1/2 jalapenos diced and seeded
  • 1/4 tsp. tabasco sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. salt or to taste
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. crushed garlic

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate at least an hour before serving. Serve with tortilla chips.
