- 1 can 16 oz. black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 1/2 c. fresh tomatoes diced
- 1/2 bunch cilantro
- 3 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. oil optional
- 3 Tbsp. lime juice
- 1 1/2 jalapenos diced and seeded
- 1/4 tsp. tabasco sauce
- 1/2 tsp. salt or to taste
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. crushed garlic
