Thai Chicken Wraps
Thai Chicken Wraps with a yummy peanut sauce have just the right crunchy texture and lots of flavor. Easy to pack for lunches or picnics.

Combine all the peanut sauce ingredients in a bowl and stir until smooth. Set aside.
In a large bowl, toss all the Thai slaw ingredients until everything is evenly coated.
Toss the cooked chicken with half of the peanut sauce.
Layer chicken and slaw on each tortilla.
Wrap and serve with extra peanut sauce for dipping.

- For the chicken: I like to season the chicken with sesame oil, salt and pepper and then cook it in the air fryer. You can also cook it in the oven or on the stovetop in a pan.

- If you don't have time to cook your own chicken, grab a rotisserie chicken at the store and shred it up.
- You can also use ground chicken.

- You can use any kind of tortillas you like. Flour burrito size tortillas are what we usually use, but we also love whole wheat or spinach tortillas for extra nutrients.
