Crockpot Peanut Clusters
These Chocolate Peanut Clusters have only 4 ingredients and are so easy to make! Just throw everything in the Crockpot or slow cooker and you're done.

- 12 ounces white chocolate chips
- 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 pound white chocolate almond bark or 8 2-oz. cubes, plus more if you want the white chocolate drizzle on top
- 2 pounds peanuts (lightly salted)
Combine all ingredients in a large crockpot.
Cook on LOW heat for 1 hour, stirring once halfway through.
Using a spoon or cookie scoop, scoop clumps of peanut mixture onto parchment paper and allow to cool to room temperature. You may refrigerate or freeze them. Be sure to serve at room temperature for the best texture.
Optional: Melt white chocolate almond bark and drizzle over the top of the set clusters.
