- 21 oz cherry pie filling
- 1 box white or yellow Jiffy cake mix or 1 1/2 cups
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cups chopped pecans or walnuts optional
- 3 Tbsp butter
- Whipping cream or vanilla ice cream optional
Pour cherries in a deep dish pan.
In a separate bowl, mix cake mix, cinnamon, and nuts. Spread evenly over cherries.
Cut butter into small pieces and place evenly over cake mix.
Microwave on high for 15 minutes.
Serve hot with whipping cream or ice cream.
