No Bake Peanut Butter Pie

  • Use an electric mixer or a large mixing bowl with electric beaters. Chill the mixing bowl and mixing attachment or beaters in the fridge for 15 minutes.
    Chilled mixing bowl with a whisk attachment.
  • Sift 1 cup and 2 tablespoons powdered sugar. Set aside.

  • Stir or beat cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth in a bowl (not chilled). Add 1 cup sifted powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla.

  • Pour heavy cream and remaining 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar into the chilled mixing bowl. Whip until stiff peaks form.

  • Fold 1/3 of the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture. Mix well. Add remaining whipped cream and mix until smooth and creamy.

  • Pour filling into the prepared chocolate crust. Top with chopped Reese's Peanut Butter cups. Lightly cover and chill for 2 hours or until set.

Make Your Own Chocolate Pie Crust
Ingredients:
  • 1 1/4 cups chocolate graham crackers, finely crushed
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
Instructions:
  1. Mix crushed chocolate graham crackers and sugar together.
  2. Pour melted butter over the mixture and stir well.
  3. Spread on the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie plate, pressing firmly to form an even crust.
  4. Bake at 375 degrees for 4-5 minutes. Cool completely before filling.

  • Make the crust ahead of time and store in fridge.
  • Make the filling ahead and keep in a separate bowl in the fridge.
  • Wait to add the filling and topping to the crust until ready to serve.
