Equipment

  • 6" candy sticks

Ingredients

  • 24 marshmallows (regular size)
  • 11 oz bag Kraft caramel bits
  • 10 oz bag Ghiradelli White Melting Wafers
  • 1 cup orange sanding sugar (see notes above)
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 teaspoon coconut oil

Instructions

  • Stack 4 marshmallows on each candy stick.

  • Melt caramel bits according to package directions and allow to cool slightly (if it is too hot it will melt your marshmallows). Dip marshmallows into the caramel and shake off excess caramel. Allow to cool 5-10 minutes or until caramel has hardened.

  • Pour orange sanding sugar onto a tray or in a baking pan and set aside.
Melt white chocolate melts according to package directions. You want it to be JUST melted and not too hot. Dip the caramel-covered marshmallows into the white chocolate and shake off excess.
