Place carrots on a cutting board and pat dry with a paper towel. Transfer to a mixing bowl and add the olive oil, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Toss to combine.
Preheat the air fryer to 370 degrees. Add carrots to the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Air fry for 12 minutes, giving the basket a good shake halfway through cooking. Carrots should be fork tender but still have a little bite.
