Equipment

  • food processor or blender

Ingredients

  • 1 pound deli ham ask for thick cut or dinner cut
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 Tablespoon sweet pickle relish
  • 1/4 cup diced celery
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Blend ham in a blender or food processor until it is thoroughly minced. You might have to do this in batches depending on the size of your blender.

  • Combine ham, mayonnaise, sweet relish, and celery in a large bowl. Stir to combine.

  • Add salt and pepper to taste and serve on sandwiches or with crackers.

  • This recipe is great for using up leftover spiral ham from Easter or Christmas dinner! 
  • Optional Add-Ins: mustard, cucumbers, diced hard boiled-egg, dill pickles, red onions or shallots
  • Use within 3-5 days of making.
