Ham Salad
This ham salad recipe is a quick and tasty lunch. It’s so good, you’ll want to eat it straight from the bowl - and you can with crackers!

- 1 pound deli ham ask for thick cut or dinner cut
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 Tablespoon sweet pickle relish
- 1/4 cup diced celery
- salt and pepper to taste
Blend ham in a blender or food processor until it is thoroughly minced. You might have to do this in batches depending on the size of your blender.
Combine ham, mayonnaise, sweet relish, and celery in a large bowl. Stir to combine.
Add salt and pepper to taste and serve on sandwiches or with crackers.
- This recipe is great for using up leftover spiral ham from Easter or Christmas dinner!
- Optional Add-Ins: mustard, cucumbers, diced hard boiled-egg, dill pickles, red onions or shallots
- Use within 3-5 days of making.
