Add shrimp, 1 Tablespoon of fajita seasoning, chicken broth, green chiles, garlic, and lime juice to a ziplock bag or airtight container. Toss to combine. Let marinate for at least 1 hour.
While shrimp is marinating, thinly slice peppers and onions.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Drain marinade off the shrimp and place the shrimp in the skillet. Cook until just pink.
Add peppers and onions and cook until the veggies soften. Stirring often.
Serve on flour tortillas with your favorite toppings.

- To make sheet pan shrimp fajitas, place marinated shrimp and sliced veggies on a baking sheet and bake at 450 for 8 minutes. Then broil for an additional 2 minutes.
- Not a shrimp fan? Replace the shrimp with a pound of thinly sliced chicken or steak.

- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
