Ingredients

  • 1 (10 ounce box) frozen leaf spinach
  • 1 packet vegetable soup mix (Knorr brand)
  • 16 ounces sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 small can water chestnuts chopped

Instructions

  • Thaw and drain the spinach and dry with paper towels.
    Frozen Spinach that has been thawed and drained
  • Mix everything together and chill for 2 hours before serving. Serve with crackers, chips, or bread.
