Baked Potato Wedges
These Baked Potato Wedges are golden crisp on the outside, tender and flaky on the inside. A healthier alternative to French fries and so easy to make at home!
Preheat oven to 450 deegrees.
Scrub potatoes well, slice into wedges and place in a large plastic bag.
Add olive oil and toss to coat. Transfer to a foil-lined baking sheet sprayed with non-stick cooking spray with the skin side down.
Sprinkle potatoes generously with seasoning salt and parmesan cheese.
Bake for 30-35 minutes (or until cooked through and golden brown). Do not stir while cooking.
Serve with ketchup, fry sauce, or ranch dressing.
