  • Crock Pot Slow Cooker



  • In a large fry pan or skillet, brown sides of the pork roast in oil.
  • Place roast in crockpot.
  • Mix cream of mushroom soup and onion soup mix in a medium size bowl. Add vegetables and mix well.
  • Pour mixture over roast in crock pot.
  • Cook on high for 4 hours, or on low for 8 hours.
