Ingredients

  • 24 ounces chocolate chips about 2 packages - any flavor
  • 1 cup pretzels
  • 1/2 cup fall colored M&M's or Reese's Pieces
  • 1/2 cup candy corn
  • 1/2 cup candy bars or any kind of candy you want!

Instructions

White chocolate candy melts spread across parchment paper on a cookie sheet.
  • Put the cookie sheet in the oven, and watch closely. When chocolate chips begin to look shiny and just starting to melt, pull tray out and smooth the chocolate out with a spatula.

  • Sprinkle on half of your candies then layer on the second bag of chocolate chips. Put in the oven again and when the second layer of chocolate chips begin to look shiny and a little melty, remove, smooth out chocolate, and sprinkle on more candy.

Tips on Melting Chocolate
  • The stovetop is easy to use. Place the chocolate to a small saucepan. If you have a double boiler that will work too! Set over medium low heat and slowly stir the chocolate chips together. The chocolate will be melted and smooth, remove from heat and continue to stir together.
  • Place the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl and heat them up in 30 second intervals. Stir the chocolate chips each time. Continue to stir until smooth and creamy.
  • When the chocolate is almost melted, remove and stir. There will be a few lumps in the chocolate to help keep the chocolate from burning. This will stop the chocolate from melting and will harden. Unfortunately, this cannot be reversed.
