This Cucumber Smoothie combines raw fruits and veggies that are blended up in the most delicious way. It not only tastes amazing, but with all those vitamins, it also leaves you feeling fantastic!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup apple juice or orange juice
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup pineapple
  • 2 handfuls leafy greens I did a combo of spinach, kale, and chard

Instructions

  • Add liquids to the blender first.
    Apple juice and almond milk inside a blender for a green smoothie.
  • Add all the remaining ingredients.
    Strawberries, spinach, cucumber, pineapple, and bananas on top of almond milk and apple juice in a blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
    Green smoothie after blending, still inside of the blender.
  • Makes one serving (250 calories)
