  • On one slice of bread, layer the corned beef and top with cheese.
  • Place under the broiler in the oven until cheese just starts to melt.
  • Remove from oven and top with coleslaw and sliced pickles.
  • Drizzle with Russian dressing and top all that with the other slice of bread.
