Ingredients

  • 3 cups frozen pineapple chunks
  • 2 cups coconut water
  • ½ cup milk (or almond milk)
  • ½ cup shredded sweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients into a high-powered.
    Blender with frozen pineapple, coconut, milk, honey and ice. Bowl of honey, coconut water carton and shredded coconut on the side.
  • Blend until all the ingredients and combined and smooth. 
    Blender with blended Pina Colada Smoothie. Bowl of honey and bowl of shredded coconut on the side.
  • Top with extra coconut flakes and/or pineapple chunks.
