Ingredients

  • 15 ounces mandarin oranges drained
  • 20 ounces pineapple tidbits drained
  • 16 ounces maraschino cherries drained
  • 3 cups fruit-flavored mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup pecans chopped
  • 1 cup shredded coconut optional
  • 1 pint sour cream

Instructions

  • Mix everything except the sour cream together in a large bowl.
    A glass bowl full of marshmallows, mandarin oranges, pineapple, and cherries
  • Fold in sour cream.
    A bowl full of fruit and marshmallows covered in a sugary sauce
  • Chill for 24 hours. Top with extra fruit and nuts if desired. Add a little pineapple juice if the salad is too dry.
