  • Rinse the Brussels sprouts with cold water. Cut off the tails and cut the sprouts in half.

  • Toss the sprouts in the oil and vinegar. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and toss again.

  • Place the sprouts in the air fryer basket, flat side down. Cook at 370 for 10 minutes. Shake half way through.
