Preheat oven 375 degrees. Press the cookie dough down in a small cast iron skillet (if you don't have one of these, you can also use a small souffle dish or a mini deep-dish pizza pan). Bake in the preheated oven for about 8-10 minutes or until dough is golden-brown. Top with 3-4 scoops of ice cream, whipped cream, chocolate and caramel topping, nuts, and chocolate shavings.
