  • Clean and dry the jar. Place oats in the jar.
    Oats in the bottom of a glass jar.
  • Add Greek yogurt, milk, and maple syrup to the jar.
    A mason jar with overnight oats.
  • Stir. Place in the fridge for at least 5 hours, or overnight.

  • Remove from fridge. Stir again.
    Overnight oats in a glass jar.
  • Top with desired toppings and enjoy. Overnight oats without toppings will stay good in the fridge for about 4 days.
