Notes

This Blue Cheese Sauce is so creamy and delicious, we could eat it on almost anything! Here are some of our favorite ways to use it:
  • Drizzle it over a juicy steak. Then garnish with chives or green onions. It is especially delicious on roast, prime rib, and filet mignon.
  • Use it as a dipping sauce for buffalo chicken wings.
  • Add it to your crudite platter as a blue cheese dip for vegetables - carrots, celery, broccoli, cauliflower, and cherry tomatoes are especially good with it.
  • Spread it on a burger, sandwich, or wrap.
  • Mix with a little bit of buttermilk, salt, and pepper to make a salad dressing.
  • Drizzle it over baked potatoes.
  • Finally, this sauce makes a delicious dip for French fries!
