  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Prepare a 9x13" casserole dish with non stick cooking spray.
  • In a bowl, combine the Bisquick and cornmeal.
    Bowl of dry ingredients for Cornbread combined with a whisk.
  • In a microwave safe container, melt the butter.
    Small bowl of melted butter and a spoon.
  • In a separate bowl, combine buttermilk, eggs, melted butter and sugar.

  • Add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and combine.

  • Pour into prepared dish and bake for 35 minutes.

  • Allow cornbread to cool in dish before slicing and serving. Store in an airtight container.

Notes
