- 17.3 ounce package of puff pastry thawed, we love the Pepperidge Farms brand
- 10 Mini Brie wheels or Brie wheel cut into smaller pieces
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- rosemary sprigs
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut puff pastry into 3-inch squares. Place a mini Brie in the center of each.
Place each square with cheese into a greased muffin tin. Top with a spoonful of cranberry sauce and a rosemary sprig.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the puff pastry is golden brown and the Brie is slightly melty.
- Add a drizzle of hot honey for extra flavor.
- Use another fruit spread like fig jam, apricot jam, or raspberry preserves.
- You can also use crescent roll dough instead of puff pastry.
