Equipment

  • Blender
  • 1M star piping tip for swirling

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces pineapple juice
  • 2 cups frozen pineapple
  • 3/4 cup vanilla ice cream
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to the blender in the order listed.
    A blender full of pineapple juice, frozen pineapple, vanilla ice cream and lemon juice
  • Blend until smooth. If serving right away, pour into glasses. If you want to get the classic Dole Whip swirl, place in a freezer safe container and freeze for about 40 minutes.

  • When the mixture is firm enough to pipe, place in a piping bag with a 1M star tip. Pipe into glasses and serve.

Notes

  • If you prefer a sweeter Dole Whip, add a few tablespoons of sugar to the mixture before blending. 
  • To make a Dole Whip Float, pour more pineapple juice over the frozen Dole Whip. 
  • Make this a dairy free dessert by using a dairy free ice cream.
