Ingredients

  • 3 cups Krusteaz Belgian Waffle mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cups oil
  • 1 cups water
  • 2/3 cups canned pumpkin
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoons nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar

Toppings:

  • butter
  • maple syrup
  • whipped cream
  • chopped pecans (optional)

Instructions

  • Mix waffle mix, eggs, oil, water, pumpkin, spices, and sugar in a medium-sized mixing bowl until smooth. 
    Glass mixing bowl with pumpkin waffle batter and whisk on the side.
  • Pour batter onto a greased (non-stick cooking spray) and heated waffle iron.

  • Cook for 3-5 minutes or until golden brown. Check waffle iron instructions for best cooking time.
