Ingredients

  • 2 English cucumbers
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro chopped
  • cup rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions

  • Slice the cucumber in half and remove the seeds down the center.
    Scooping out seeds from cucumber with a spoon. Cutting board with sliced cucumbers and knife.
  • Slice both whole cucumbers and set aside.
