- 6 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- 3 tablespoons whole berry cranberry sauce
- 3 burrito sized tortillas
- 1/4 pound sliced deli turkey (about 6 large slices)
- 12 slices Swiss cheese
- 4 romaine leaves
- 1 tomato, thinly sliced
Combine cream cheese and cranberry sauce and stir until well combined.
Spread mixture evenly onto each tortilla.
Place sliced cheese over the top of the cream cheese mixture, covering as much of the area as you can.
Place turkey over top of the cheese and then lay the romaine leaves and sliced tomato in a line down the middle.
Starting at one end of the tortilla, parallel to the line of lettuce and tomato, roll tightly into a log-shape. Wrap the rolled tortillas in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour or until ready to serve. This helps them firm up and makes slicing easier. Remove plastic wrap and slice into 1" slices and serve immediately.
