Turkey Roll Ups (Costco Copycat)

Ingredients

  • 6 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 3 tablespoons whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 3 burrito sized tortillas
  • 1/4 pound sliced deli turkey (about 6 large slices)
  • 12 slices Swiss cheese
  • 4 romaine leaves
  • 1 tomato, thinly sliced

Instructions

  • Combine cream cheese and cranberry sauce and stir until well combined.

  • Spread mixture evenly onto each tortilla.

  • Place sliced cheese over the top of the cream cheese mixture, covering as much of the area as you can.

  • Place turkey over top of the cheese and then lay the romaine leaves and sliced tomato in a line down the middle.

  • Starting at one end of the tortilla, parallel to the line of lettuce and tomato, roll tightly into a log-shape.
    Wrap the rolled tortillas in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour or until ready to serve. This helps them firm up and makes slicing easier.
