This Tropical Slush with lime, coconut, and pineapple flavors is the perfect thirst-quencher for a hot summer day. Fancy it up by serving in hollowed pineapples with a cherry on top!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 gallon lime sherbet
  • 1/2 gallon pineapple sherbet
  • 2 liters 7-up
  • 6 ounces frozen pineapple juice
  • 6 ounces frozen limeade
  • 7 1/2 ounces Coco Lopez Cream of Coconut

Garnishes (optional)

Instructions

  • Allow sherbets to soften slightly.
  • Mash sherbets, frozen juices, 7-up, and cream of coconut together.
  • Serve in cups or hollowed out pineapples.
