Reese's Pieces Cookies

Reese's Pieces Cookies are chock full of peanut butter candy goodness in a chocolaty fudge cookie. You'll get chocolate and peanut butter in every delicious bite!

Ingredients

  • 1 chocolate cake mix unprepared
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup butter softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 cup Reese's peanut butter chips
  • 3/4 cup Reese's pieces
  • 3/4 cup Reese's miniature peanut butter cups chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, combine first five ingredients.

  • Stir in all Reese's candies.

  • Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased cookie sheet.

  • Bake 11-13 minutes.

Notes

  • Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and use a stand mixer to whip everything together.
  • Use a cookie scoop to make cookie dough balls the same size. They'll bake up more evenly in the oven.
  • Line your baking sheet with parchment paper so the cookies don't stick. Also transfer your cookies to a cooling rack immediately after baking.
  • If you don't want to bake all the cookies at once, pop cookie dough balls into the freezer! They'll keep for up to three months, and you can thaw them out and bake anytime.
