- 2 pounds meatballs (pre-cooked, frozen)
- ⅓ cup Frank's Original Hot Sauce no substitutions
- 1 ½ cup brown sugar (packed)
- 1 Tablespoon water
Place meatballs in slow cooker.
Combine hot sauce, brown sugar, and water in a bowl. Stir until well combined and sugar is mostly dissolved.
Pour the sauce over the meatballs and stir to evenly coat.
Cover and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours or on high for 2 to 3 hours.
- If using homemade meatballs with this recipe, you may want to brown the meatballs first to keep them from sticking to the sides of the crockpot. Or, if you prefer the frozen meatballs in the recipe, they work great too.
- If these crockpot appetizer meatballs are part of your party buffet, add some crisp veggies like cauliflower, broccoli, or brussels sprouts, which taste great after a bite of savory meat.
- Make these meatballs a meal by adding some pineapple, and red peppers and serving over rice. Delicious!
