  • Roughly chop the fresh spinach. Drained the artichokes and press with a paper towel to remove excess water. Place all the ingredients in the crock pot except the cream cheese. Stir together until everything is combined.

  • Cut the cream cheese into cubes and place on top.

  • Cook for 1 hour on high. Stir and cook for another hour. Serve with your favorite dippers.

  • This Crock Pot Spinach Artichoke Dip recipe isn't just for dipping! Spread it on chicken breasts before you bake them, or use it as a pasta sauce!
  • Optional additions include half a white onion finely diced, red pepper flakes, and a dash of cayenne pepper.
  • I like to use fresh spinach because I think it tastes better, but you can also use frozen. If you use frozen, then make sure to thaw it completely and squeeze out any extra water with a paper towel.
