Roughly chop the fresh spinach. Drained the artichokes and press with a paper towel to remove excess water. Place all the ingredients in the crock pot except the cream cheese. Stir together until everything is combined.
Cut the cream cheese into cubes and place on top.
Cook for 1 hour on high. Stir and cook for another hour. Serve with your favorite dippers.
