Avocado Toast with Hard Boiled Egg

Ingredients

  • 1 slice sourdough bread toasted
  • 1/2 avocado mashed
  • 1 hard boiled egg
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Spread mashed avocado over the toast.

  • Grate the egg with the small side of a box grater. Sprinkle the grated egg over the avocado toast and add salt and pepper. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Top with hot sauce for a spicy kick.
  • Add Everything Bagel seasoning for more flavor.
  • Add a layer of spinach below the avocado for more fiber.
