Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup apple juice or orange juice
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup pineapple
  • 2 handfuls leafy greens I did a combo of spinach, kale, and chard

Instructions

  • Add liquids to the blender first.
    Apple juice and almond milk inside a blender for a green smoothie.
  • Add all the remaining ingredients.
    Strawberries, spinach, cucumber, pineapple, and bananas on top of almond milk and apple juice in a blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
    Green smoothie after blending, still inside of the blender.
  • Makes one serving (250 calories)
