Easy Phyllo Cups with Fruit

- 1 package frozen mini phyllo cups
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 3/4 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- fresh raspberries, strawberries, blackberries
Remove phyllo cups from packaging and arrange on a plate. Set aside.
Combine cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla. Mix until sugar is dissolved.
Put mixture into a piping bag with a large tip (or a resealable plastic bag with one corner cut off) and fill phyllo cups.
Top with berries and enjoy!
More filling ideas:
- Top the cream cheese with sliced strawberries and a drizzle of chocolate sauce.
- Mix 2 tablespoons of peanut butter into the cream cheese mixture, then add a slice or two of banana on top.
