Ingredients

  • 1 pound frozen green peas
  • 6 tablespoons butter salted, sweet cream
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 3 cloves garlic fresh, crushed
  • kosher salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Combine peas, butter, sugar, and garlic in a medium-sized skillet.

  • Cook at medium heat until butter is melted and peas are heated through about 5-7 minutes. Stir occasionally.
