For the Pancakes:
- 2 cups instant pancake mix
- 1 1/2 cups orange juice
For the Cream Filling:
- 1 pint heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 c. powdered sugar
- 3 oz instant vanilla pudding
- 2 Tbsp. milk
For the Orange Syrup
- 12 oz frozen orange juice concentrate
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 c. butter
For the Cream Filling:
In a large mixer, beat heavy cream until stiff peaks form. It should be very thick.
Whip in the powdered sugar, then the instant pudding. Add 2 Tbsp of milk to make the consistency a little more creamy.
